Make a Suggestion

Hello and welcome to our suggestions box.

There is a wealth of experience and knowledge amongst our employees, and we hope you will use this page to give us the benefit of that experience and help us improve MGF not only as a business and an employer but in any way possible. 

Suggestions can be left anonymously* or you can leave your details and receive a direct response. 

Suggestions will be collated monthly and displayed with their responses on MGF notice boards.

If you wish for your email address to be displayed on the MGF notice board along with your suggestion please ensure the 'display email address' box is ticked.

* Notes on Anonimity

The passphrase you are required to enter with your suggestion is the same for every member of staff at MGF and is in no way traceable to an individual.  The passphrase will be changed periodically to ensure only current MGF staff members have access and the latest passphrase will be printed on your payslip.

The only item of information which will be logged with a suggestion is the internet IP address of the pc used to access this page.  This information is meaningless to MGF but any suggestion submitted with offensive or obscene language will be forwarded to the relevant Internet Service Provider together with the IP address of the pc used.  If you have any questions please contact the IT Dept.
